Once in a while, we're going to move away from our traditional Toyota oriented information and tips and try to virtually bring you to the dealership so you can get to know us better. We're starting this off with a quick interview with one of our outstanding Product Specialists, Cote Shaw.

Q1: What's the best thing about working at Wellesley Toyota?

The environment. The transparent, honest, and low-pressure approach we take is what makes this an environment I like working in.

Q2: What advice would you give to first-time car buyers?

Relax! Especially when you're here. Buying a car doesn't have to be a stressful experience. As a Product Specialist, it's my job to answer all your questions and help you find the right vehicle for your needs. I don't make a commission, so you can count on getting zero sales pressure. It's all about the customer!

Q3: What's the number one maintenance tip every driver should follow?

Regularly scheduled maintenance! Regular oil changes, air filters, and tire maintenance will not only help the long-term life of your vehicle, but also your ride and gas mileage today. Remember, all new Toyotas come with 2-years or 25,000 miles of free routine maintenance, so be sure to take advantage of that!

Q4: What's the best destination for a roadtrip?

Anywhere. It's not the destination, its how you get there.

Q5: What's a hidden gem in Boston?

Max and Dillon's on West Street of Tremont. It's a small, old-feel bar with great food and drink.
